What to ExpectA gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The Written Retreat is an online guided journaling space that is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.

❋ Conscious SpaceProcessing and integration are a core part of the experience. We provide space to come as you are, connect or be solo, and practice what we often preach as clinicians.
❋ Expert FacilitationLed by Ana Mays, a licensed mental health counselor with a B.A. in Creative Writing - her passion being in shadow work and somatic grounding, all with the goal of integration and resetting.

Browse our upcoming events to find the one that feels right for you. This is an open group with a casual vibe. Choose what works for you.

Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 7 days before the event start to receive a 50% refund.

After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know. But in advance of that, you should have writing materials that suit you. Whether pen and paper, or typing on a computer.
